The Weekend Yoga and AcroYoga Workshop Program, hosted by LetGo Yog & Roots Yoga at the picturesque Monte Busca in Tredozio, Italy, from October 11-13, 2024, promises an enriching blend of yoga, AcroYoga, and community-building activities. Designed to cater to practitioners of all experience levels, this immersive weekend retreat provides an opportunity to deepen your practice, connect with like-minded individuals, and rejuvenate your mind and body in a serene natural environment.

Day 1
is dedicated to arrival and grounding, allowing participants to settle into the tranquil surroundings of Monte Busca. The evening begins with a welcoming session of Partner Yoga and Sound Healing, led by experienced instructors Robert Wagner and Samantha Berni. This session combines gentle therapeutic Partner Yoga, fostering trust and connection among participants, with the soothing vibrations of harmonium and singing bowls to promote deep relaxation. Following this restorative experience, the group will come together for a nourishing vegetarian dinner, sharing a meal that encourages community bonding. The day concludes with a bonfire, where participants are invited to set personal intentions for the weekend, enhancing the sense of purpose and mindfulness that will carry through the workshop.

Day 2 starts with a Sunrise Vinyasa Flow, led by Samantha Berni, designed to awaken the body and mind, harnessing the revitalizing energy of the morning sun. After a wholesome breakfast, the day continues with a comprehensive AcroYoga Foundations workshop led by Robert Wagner and Alessia Paverani. This session introduces participants to the fundamentals of AcroYoga, including trust-building exercises and basic partner poses, while exploring the essential roles of the Base, Flyer, and Spotter in AcroYoga practice. The afternoon offers further exploration into AcroYoga with advanced techniques, transitioning from Partner Yoga to lunar therapeutic flying, which emphasizes healing and relaxation through movement. The day winds down with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” allowing participants to experience profound relaxation and mental clarity. The evening concludes with a serene Kirtan and meditation session, where communal chanting and meditation foster a deep sense of connection and inner peace.

Day 3 focuses on integration and reflection, beginning with a balanced Hatha Yoga and Pranayama session, again led by Samantha Berni. This morning practice helps to cultivate awareness and prepare participants for the final day of the workshop. The day’s main session is the AcroYoga Foundations 3 workshop, which delves deeper into therapeutic AcroYoga, allowing participants to integrate everything they have learned over the weekend. After a reflective lunch and time for personal introspection or a nature walk, the workshop culminates in a Restorative Yoga session and a closing circle. This final practice helps to soothe the body and mind, ensuring that participants leave the retreat feeling refreshed and centered. The closing circle offers a space for sharing insights, expressing gratitude, and setting intentions for the future, leaving participants with a lasting sense of connection and inspiration.

This workshop emphasizes personal growth, deep connections with others, and the soothing power of nature, all within the tranquil and scenic setting of Monte Busca. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this weekend retreat provides a unique and transformative experience.
