Reaching out the Mind: An Italian Summer Adventure - July 10th - 16th, 2026
Personal Development through AcroYoga & Mindfulness
Are you a student looking for a summer experience that combines physical challenge, mental clarity and cultural discovery? Join us this July in the heart of Italy for a transformative 7-day workshop designed to help you find your balance – on the yoga mat and in life.
Why this Program?
In a world that moves fast, learning to “reach out to your mind” is a superpower. This workshop uses the Art of AcroYoga – a blend of acrobatics, yoga, and healing arts – to teach us how to be focused individuals, supportive partners, and mindful observers.
Beyond the physical practice, you will experience “Simple Life Living” in the beautiful village of Tredozio, contributing to community tasks, cooking together, and exploring the timeless art of Ravenna and Florence.
